An Arizona woman is taking the Chandler Police Department to court after she was ambushed in her home by police and arrested minutes after getting out of the shower.

According to the New York Daily News, Esmeralda Rossi was home with her daughter when Officer Doug Rose knocked on her door responding to a domestic argument between Rossi and her estranged husband. Rossi says her daughter answered the door and let her know an officer was there. After stepping out of the shower to speak to the officer, Rossi admits she was defensive as their conversation went on and asked the officer if she could grab her phone to record it.

Things took a turn for the worst when the officer illegally followed Rossi into her home and grabbed her arms, leaving her towel to fall on the floor. Rossi, who was molested as a child, says…
